Late Policy

There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10-minutes you will be charged a late fee of $12. After 15 minutes your deposit will be forfeited, and appointment will be cancelled. You will be required to re-book if you would like to be serviced.

Cancelation

 It is required to give a 24-hour notice that you need to cancel your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours it considered "Last minute" and there will be a charge of 40% of the remaining balance. "No call, no shows" are charged 60% of remaining balance.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment you may access the calendar via your confirmation email. You are given no more than 24 hours to reschedule your appointment. 

Lash Extension Refill

When booking a refill, you must have 40% of your lashes on each eye. Refills cannot be booked past 3 weeks. After 3 weeks you will be considered a full set and you will be charged as so. After 5 refills you may want to book a full set.

72-hour notice

If for any reason you may have excessive shedding of lash extensions, you have 72 hours to reach out to notify me. Anything past 72 hours I will not be responsible for.

Guest

No additional guest that are not being serviced. This includes friends, family members, children, & pets that are not service animals.

What Are Lash Extensions ?

Lash extensions are artificial lash fibers that are attached to the natural lash at .5 - 2mm away from the eyelid.

Do Lash Extensions Hurt?

No, lash extensions if proper application is performed are painless! 

How Long Do Lash Extensions Last?

Lash extensions can last anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks. They will start to shed gradually around the 1- 1 1/2 week mark. Around week 2 or 2 1/2 week is when you will have about 40% of your lash extensions. 

What Is Dermaplaning?

Dermaplaning is the removal of dead skin & vellus hair also known as "peach fuzz" around the face. This results in smoother appearing skin.
